    1. 1. Handbook Wiki

    Wiki is a tool which allows the users to share work information through a collaborative writing of web pages, using a simple graphic editor; it also allows to attach documents of any kind (texts, pictures, videos...) and it supports the text research over all the information uploaded.

    1. each Wiki page has different functions and menu 

    2. the Wiki is made up of pages organised in a hierarchy: you can create new pages and sub-pages 

    3. how to edit a page of the Wiki

    4. you can attach one or more files to each page

    5. you can also manage the documents attached to a page

    6. you can link the information inserting a link 

    7. you can use templates to uniform pages: insert a template 

    8. restrict access to some pages (reading and writing) to groups of users

    9. check the changes made to the pages and revert to a previous version: versioning 

    10. changing the order of pages helps managing the contents

    11. content search 

    12. using Wiki commands to extract (and aggregate) information
